Unique variety (200-300 cm) with small elongated fruits 18-25 cm long and 10 cm in diameter.
The bark is thin, yellow-green in colour. The pulp is intensely orange and tender, with a nutty flavour and a high content of dry matter, beta-carotene and ascorbic acid, possessing high taste qualities.
Ideal for baking and grilling, will perfectly emphasize the taste of soup or dessert.

* Pickled pumpkin.
Ingredients: 650 g pumpkin, 150 g sugar, 200 g water, 2 tbsp. 9% vinegar (or 0.5 tsp. citric acid), 3-4 cloves, 0.25 tsp. cinnamon.
1. Peel the pumpkin and cut into cubes.
2. Put in boiling water for 3-4 minutes, then in cold water for 2-3 minutes.
3. Put the pumpkin in a liter jar, add cinnamon and cloves.
4. Cook the marinade (boil 200 g water with 150 g sugar for 10 minutes).
5. Remove from heat, add vinegar or citric acid, stir and pour over the pumpkin, roll up.
6. Turn over onto the lid and cool under a blanket.
Store in a cool place.
